Our Client, a large corporate based in Dublin City, has instructed Link Personnel to recruit a Banking Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be reporting into the Financial Accountant, Banking. This is a 12-month contract role, and the successful candidate will play a key role in the busy Accounts team. Salary: to €40K+ DOE

Duties:
In charge of receipting all cheque payments that have been received from both the bills and client accounts.
Ensure the completion of the daily bank reconciliations to audit standard.
Document any bank activity for review by auditors.
Keep both the banking and receipting policy manuals up to date.
To work alongside the auditors ensuring all information is prepared efficiently.
The chosen candidate may also be asked to support during busy periods within other areas of the Accounts Administration (Accounts Payable/Receivable/Credit Control). There will be training provided.
Experience:
Accountant technician with 1-3 years’ experience is essential.
Previous experience working in professional services is required.
Strong ability to complete bank reconciliations.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong multitasker and ability to use own initiative.
