Banking Administrator

Our Client, a large corporate based in Dublin City, has instructed Link Personnel to recruit a Banking Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be reporting into the Financial Accountant, Banking. This is a 12-month contract role, and the successful candidate will play a key role in the busy Accounts team. Salary: to €40K+ DOE

  • In charge of receipting all cheque payments that have been received from both the bills and client accounts.
  • Ensure the completion of the daily bank reconciliations to audit standard.
  • Document any bank activity for review by auditors.
  • Keep both the banking and receipting policy manuals up to date.
  • To work alongside the auditors ensuring all information is prepared efficiently.
  • The chosen candidate may also be asked to support during busy periods within other areas of the Accounts Administration (Accounts Payable/Receivable/Credit Control). There will be training provided.


  • Accountant technician with 1-3 years’ experience is essential.
  • Previous experience working in professional services is required.
  • Strong ability to complete bank reconciliations.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong multitasker and ability to use own initiative.
