Our Client, a large corporate based in Dublin City, has instructed Link Personnel to recruit an Administrator to join their Facilities team. This is a 12-month FTC role. For more information, Call Emma Skelton on 01 845 6302.

Salary: to 30K

Duties:

  • Receive, record and prepare for sign-off of invoices.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and hard copy.
  • Maintain spreadsheets recording waste, water, energy, paper, air travel etc.
  • Conduct quarterly expenditure reports and accrual preparations, tracking all site relevant actual spends vs. budget on monthly report to the Dep. Manager.
  • Assist with the management of all contractors on site to ensure they preform to the required standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service when supporting the helpdesk system.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as required.

Experience:

  • Previous admin experience is desirable
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good attention to detail with a flexible approach to work.
  • Good problem solver with an ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills
