Our Client, a Leading Professional Services Firm in Dublin 2 are currently hiring an Administration Assistant to work within their IT Team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is well organised with great admin skills to join a Leading Corporate Firm.

Salary:  to €40k

The Role: 

  • Maintaining records in relation to Stock/IT Equipment.
  • Develop and document SOPs (standard operational procedures re stock management)
  • Use tools such as Excel to assign and track the location of all equipment.
  • Manage the return of company stock when staff leave the firm.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and order consumables such as USB keys & headphones as needed.
  • Retrieve and organise all end of life laptops and desktops for repurposing.
  • Order new standard issue equipment as directed by management.
  • Assist with desk assignments by regularly meeting with Facilities management.
  • Co-ordinate desk moves with the Facilities team.
  • Liaise with the team to ensure equipment is available to new joiners.
  • Training and supporting Interns

The Candidate: 

  • Well organised with good attention to detail.
  • Experience working in an admin role in a large organisation.
  • Experience using MSOffice and Teams.
  • Experience using register database systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience dealing with suppliers
