We been instructed by our Client, a Mid Sized Law Firm in Dublin 2, to source an Accounts Administrator to join their Finance Team. The successful candidate will ideally have 2 years experience within a Corporate environment. This is a busy and varied role as the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to assist the Finance Manager with some office administration and co-ordination duties.
Salary : to €32K
The Role:
• Receipting of all eft/cheque payments received for both firm’s bills and client accounts;
• Completing daily bank reconciliations;
• Documenting all activity and ensuring that banking and receipting manuals are kept up to date at all times;
• Work closely with auditors and ensure all activity is maintained to audit standards;
• Work closely with all Lawyers and Partners to ensure a smooth, efficient and timely service;
• Administration and Office co-ordinating duties
The Candidate:
• Accounts Administrator with 2-3 years’ experience is desirable
• Experience in a professional services firm is desirable;
• Proven ability to complete bank reconciliations;
• Experience of working on several online banking platforms;
• Flexible and adaptable to business and department needs;
• High level of attention to detail;
