Salary: to €32K

The role requires the following:

• Assist with all or the admin required for events, webinars and other activities.
• Attend and help organise events such as conferences, seminars and receptions.
• Assist with the drafting of publications and materials within brand guidelines.
• Work alongside the Marketing Digital Assistant to update the intranet as well as updating the firm’s website regularly.
• Prepare reports to keep the key stakeholders up to date on the teams work.
• Assist with the internal marketing, communications and organisation of internal events.
• Update and manage the CRM system and mailing lists regularly.
• Assist with the firm’s marketing plans within key objectives.
• Other Ad-Hoc duties as required.

The Candidate:

• BA in Marketing or similar
• Strong MS Office skills
• At least 6-12 months Marketing experience
• Team player
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workloads
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
