Link Personnel are now looking for a Legal Executive Debt Recovery!

Our Client, a leading Law firm in Dublin requires a Legal Executive for their Debt Recovery Department. The successful candidate will have 3 years + experience in the area. Experience in Insolvency also a plus. Salary for the role will go to €40k.

Salary: €35k -€40k

Location: South Dublin

Essential:

• Region 3 years relevant experience working with a corporate client base.
• Extensive knowledge of the workings of different court jurisdictions.
• High degree of business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Very strong ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and to meet all deadlines.
• Strong work ethic and flexible approach to work.
• Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office, Outlook and databases essential.
• Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

Desirable:

•  Knowledge of debt recovery computer software.
• Some experience of business development and previous involvement in the preparation of tenders.
• Legal Qualification.
