Link Personnel are now looking for a Learning and Development Assistant Manager!

Our client, one of Ireland’s top law firms located in Dublin 2, is looking to hire a Learning and Development Assistant Manager. This is an 18 month fixed-term contract with a salary of up to €50k.

In this role you will be:

• Assisting with the design and implementation of new and existing programmes aligned to the companies learning and development strategy.
• Continuously reviewing and making suggestions for updating existing programmes to meet and align with business needs and best practice.
• Monitoring the success and evaluating structured development programmes, making recommendations for changes as appropriate.
• Contributing to innovative ways of delivering just in time and blended learning and development solutions to internal and external clients.
• Curating content for the online learning platform
• Taking ownership for planning, organising and rolling out training and development schedules for multiple programmes simultaneously.
• Overseeing the delivery of learning and development solutions in line with budget and timelines.
• Identifying and working closely with internal and external trainers to design and deliver planned and ad hoc learning and development solutions.
• Working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure programmes are meeting overall business needs.

About the person:

• You have a strong track record in Learning and Development.
• You have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• You are very organised with good project management skills.
• You have strong IT skills including MS Office 2010 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
