Sales Performance Executive

Our Client, a leading Utilities company based in Dublin requires a business analyst / sales performance executive to analyse the performance of various advertising campaigns, sales strategies and operational structures and to report to management with the findings. All Data will be provided and must be marshalled into reports which can be used to inform company decisions.

Salary: €33k + Bonus

Hours: 08:00 – 16:00

Location: Dublin 15

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular reporting and insight to help drive overall sales performance across the residential sales functions (Including preparation of all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales and retentions reports and dashboards).
  • Detailed analysis of performance by channel, partner, team, agent, product, customer type, location and other key   metrics.
  • Provide key sales insights to the Residential Sales Manager and wider Sales and Marketing team.
  • Support the ongoing management of sales compliance and quality metrics.
  • Implementation of a formal Marketing Information System (MIS) for the Sales function.
  • Support the set-up and ongoing management of sales partner and sales agent databases.
  • Measurement and analysis of channels and partners performance versus KPIs and sales targets.
  • Support 3rd party partners (currently 7) as required including channel briefs, reports and insights.
  • Liaise with Telesales and Customer Care teams in relation to sales and retention KPIs, SLAs and agent performance.
  • Liaise with Digital Marketing in relation to online sales performance looking for ways to improve processes and drive sales.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of incentives and offer usage across all channels and partners.
  • Support the development of manual and automated territory management initiatives including TMS once live.
  • Contribute to the improvement of sales agent inductions and training.
  • Support the affinity offer process including set-up and reporting.
Essential Criteria
  • Proven experience in consumer sales (energy, telecoms, insurance etc).
  • Experience of interacting with 3rd party channels.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced expertise in using Excel(formulas/formatting/pivots/v-lookups).
  • Previous experience of using a CRM System.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Desirable Criteria

  • A third level qualification in a business related discipline.
  • Able to demonstrate understanding of the electricity markets in ROI.
  • Full clean driving licence.
