We are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant for our offices in Malahide. Candidates do not necessarily need previous experience in recruitment, though it would be preferred. The role will involve recruiting across a number of sectors, is fast paced and requires someone who is organised, who enjoys being on the phone and building relationships with candidates and clients alike. This role is for someone who is good at cutting through information to get to the root of things quickly and who can be clear and concise when discussing jobs and candidates.

This is NOT a 60 hour a week role. We expect people to be able to do their jobs in a normal amount of time. We are not about burn out. We offer good pay and good conditions and we work together to be successful.

Salary: Neg

Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 (We do not require people to work late nights, though some flexibility may be required to facilitate candidate registrations )

Duties:

  • Posting Job ads on various online platforms.
  • Screening CVs.
  • Maintaining databases.
  • Meeting Clients and Candidates in and outside the office.
  • Business development (Acquiring new clients, attending client meetings \ briefings, researching, networking).
  • Social Media duties to promote the company and to attract candidates (Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Attendance at industry conferences.
  • Interview preparation for candidates.

Requirements:

Candidates should be

  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Comfortable using the phone to communicate with candidates, pitch to clients and prospect for new clients.
  • Comfortable in handling recruitment for multiple roles at the same time.
  • Comfortable with social media and databases.

This is a fast paced role which requires people who can think on their feet.

We are open to candidates who would like to work alternative or part time hours, though the preferred hours are 09:00 – 17:30
