Receptionist – North Dublin

Our client, an established hotel based in North Dublin, is now recruiting a Receptionist to join their team. This is a permanent, full time role.

Salary: €12 p/h (€25k per annum)

Working Hours: 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm depending on shift pattern. 40 hours per week rostered over 7 days.

The Role: 

  • Meet, greet and welcome all guests to reception ensuring that all guests complete check in/check out
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Manage incoming post
  • Provide administration support
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
  • Ensure all customers receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay
  • Achieve the highest standards star standard in person, via email or phone correspondence

The Candidate 

  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Builds highly effective relationships
  • Ability to work on own initiative with strong attention to detail
  • Professional and polished disposition
  • Positive can do, will do attitude
  • +2years in a reception role
  • Excellent phone/in person manner
  • Strong MS office skills
