Our client, a leading Irish supplier, is currently recruiting a Purchasing Administrator to join their expanding Purchasing Department at the company’s HQ in Dublin 9.

Salary: €24k-€28k (depending on experience).

The Role:

  • Raise supplier purchase orders and customer invoices.
  • Administrative support maintaining purchasing and selling price files.
  • Update system with accurate PO due dates and pricing.
  • Procuring cost effective freight services.
  • Stock inventory control
  • Purchase order forecasts.
  • Goods receipt processing.
  • ‘Return to Vendor’ process.
  • Attend monthly stock meetings with management.

Requirements:

  • Min 3 years’ experience in Administration.
  • Purchasing experience desirable.
  • Excellent user of Microsoft Office Suite and in particular Excel.
  • Willing to learn and show initiative.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Occasional national & international travel may be required.
