Salary: €65-70k

Benefits: 22 days holidays, Pension, Life Assurance, Annual Review, Bonus, Tax Savers Scheme, Annual Reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Advising on the purchase and financing of corporate/commercial property.
• Share Purchase /Shareholders Agreements
• Due Diligence
• Drafting Commercial Leases and all other related documentation.
• Advising Clients at all stages of the process and keeping them up to date with movements.
• Provide property advice to members of the finance team.
• Completing title investigations.
• Reviewing certificates of title.

Skills/Experience:

• 3-4 years PQE.
• Commercial property experience is essential.
• Knowledge of security transactions is desirable.
• Outstanding project management and organisation skills.
