Link Personnel are looking for a Payroll Administrator with Swiss/Austrian/German payroll experience.  Working as part of a Busy and Professional Team, this is a permanent position.

Salary – €25-30k

Responsibilities

• Process all aspects of payrolls on behalf of clients, accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance, data protection and control risk within the function.
• Provide friendly support to clients and their employees for all payroll related matters.
• Be enthusiastic and passionate about providing your clients with the highest level of service.
• Identifying opportunities and implementing solutions with both the existing and new clients.

   

  Skills

• IPASS qualified or in the process of becoming qualified.
• Previous experience in payroll in the Swiss/Austrian/German market is essential.
• German language fluency.
• Payroll Journals, CSO Returns and Payroll Year End procedures.
• Excellent MS Office Skills particularly in Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organisational skills with good accuracy and attention to detail.
• Responsible for scheduling and prioritising client payrolls and delivering projects as required.
• Ability to work as part of a busy team and to tight deadlines.

   

  Experience

• The successful candidate will have previous experience in payroll within the Austrian/German/Swiss market.
•  IPASS qualified or in the process of becoming qualified. Customer service experience would be an advantage.
