Part Time Corporate Receptionist

Our client, a Top Tier law firm, based in Dublin 2, requires a Corporate Receptionist for a role based on reception, but which includes some admin tasks. Experience in a legal \ financial \ professional services environment is a plus:

Hours: 09:00 – 13:00 Mon – Fri + some additional full time cover (up to 4 weeks per year)

Salary: DOE

Reception Duties:

  • Operation of phone system (Front and Back Reception) – with 160 incoming lines
  • Greeting corporate clients at Reception
  • Booking and monitoring conference rooms
  • Ensuring all conference rooms are clean/tidy & equipment in working order
  • Allocation of car spaces
  • Distribution of incoming faxes

Other Duties:

  • Ordering taxis
  • Sending faxes
  • Changing flight tickets
  • Organising tea/coffee, etc for clients where needed
  • Ordering and distribution of courier deliveries
  • Photocopying
  • Data Entry
  • Circulation of Location Sheet to all staff
  • To maintain absolute confidentiality at all times.

Experience:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a Receptionist working with multiple lines in the hospitality industry or a professional services environment, preferably legal, accountancy or financial
  • Experience of working with corporate clients
  • Good administration skills with an ability to work on own initiative
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.
