Link Personnel are now looking for an Office Administrator!

Our Client, a well known company in Dublin 11, is looking for an Office Administrator for a temporary role to start immediately. The successful candidate has the option of applying for the permanent role.
Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role and has own transport as the location is not accessible by public transport.

Salary: €28-30k

Contract: Temp with a view to permanency

Location: Dublin 11

Key duties:

  • Operation of the main switchboard.
  • Dealing with contractors on a daily basis.
  • Preparation of all site security cards and inductions.
  • Preparation of Purchase Orders.
  • Stock Management involving dealing with deliveries and documentation, good receipting and issuing of all stock items.
  • Updating the Personal Protective Equipment Register and ordering of same.
  • General Administration including photocopying, answering calls, couriers, taxis etc.
  • Organisation of meeting facilities and catering.
  • Logging of post, and ad hoc requests as they arise.
  • Filing and organised upkeep of all documentation.
  • Ordering of stationary and canteen supplies.

The person:

  • Should have previous experience in a similar role.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Has own transport.
  • Is available immediately.
  • Good team player.
