Our Client is a well established Construction Firm based in North Dublin and is currently hiring a Marketing Administrator.

The Marketing Department is responsible for working on pre-qualifying submissions i.e. documentation required by Government in order to be accepted to bid on a project.

This includes:

  • Compliance and Regulation checks on building contractors, health and safety, employees, insurance, financial reviews.
  • Other responsibilities will include Event Management and attendance at a rugby/golf trip or may be required to attend evening/day event.
  • Organizing brochures and booking travel for Managers or clients.
  • Post Tender submission analysis for use in future tenders.
  • Review and update firm’s website to highlight Events, Awards etc.

The Candidate: 

  • Excellent MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Previous work on presentations a strong advantage.
  • Adobe photo or graphical work also a strong advantage.
  • Previous Marketing Administration and analysis experience.
