Legal Credit Controller

Our client is a leading law firm based in Dublin 2 and currently has a Credit Control Vacancy.  The successful candidate will report to the Finance Director working within a fast paced environment as part of a small team. This is a 6 month contract with a view to permanency. Candidates will ideally be available Immediately.

Salary: €33-38k

Job Description

To be successful candidate will have the following experience:

• Working within the Credit Control Team in a Law Firm.
• Manage Credit Control within Agreed Targets
• High Volume Credit Control and Cash Collection experience.
• Successful resolution of any queries relating to outstanding invoices.
• Reduction in debt older than 6 months.
• Producing monthly report to fee earners in relation to outstanding fees.
• Resolution of any queries relating to outstanding invoices.
• Regular review of debtors with relevant stakeholders and follow up actions.
• Identifying possible issues or concerns that may impede payment.
• Monthly and weekly reporting.
• Liaise with debt recovery agents

• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
