Link Personnel are now looking for a Key Account Manager for a Large Legal Firm in Dublin 2!

Our Client is a large legal Firm in Dublin 2. They are currently looking to recruit a Key Account Manager. Reporting to the Business Development Partner, in this role you will focus primarily on developing a strategic client programme for their key clients. You will bring a commercial, analytical and process driven approach to client management and assist with the formal strategic client programme.

Salary: to €80k

The role:

  • You will be involved in managing and developing client relationships across matters, practice groups and offices.
  • This role will include opportunity management for our most strategic opportunities and will require a deep knowledge of the business and clients.
  • Understanding the fundamentals of strategic account management.
  • Designing, developing and driving a strategic client programme.
  • Developing a profile of clients, including key facts, figures, business operations and projections and identifying and measuring the risks and opportunities associated with these clients.
  • Collaborating with partners, practice groups and support functions to develop strategic client plans with Smart objectives and defined, cross practice goals.
  • Measuring and monitoring performance of client teams.
  • Developing and driving a communications programme around our strategic clients, collaborating with the Marketing and Communications Teams.
  • Working with Learning and Development or other external providers to develop client account management skills.
  • Evaluating market research, sectors, trends and developments to identify new market opportunities.
  • Recognize new business development opportunities and managing opportunities across the client and target portfolios.

The person:

  • Will have a strong understanding of the fundamentals of strategic account management.
  • Will have a demonstrable track record of success in Professional Services.
  • Will be an excellent communicator, highly articulate and credible.
  • Will have an ability to collaborate across the partnership and build relationships internally and externally.
  • Will be a natural business developer with a keen eye for detail.
  • Will have a commercial mind-set, strategic and analytical approach.
