Our Client, A Law firm based in Dublin 2 Requires a HR Manager with operational experience across a number of areas of HR (Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Graduate Recruitment, Disciplinary and Grievances) to lead a team of four within the HR Dept of the firm. The role will report to the HR Director

Salary: €65-75k

Benefits: Bonus, Pension, Healthcare Discount, Gym, Travel Tax Incentives, Good Annual

Duties

  • Leading a Team of 2 Generalists and 1 HR Administrator
  • Handling Employee Engagement Matters
  • Assisting in the design and structure of the Compensation and Benefits Package.
  • Liaising with the HR Director and Management team re HR policy on an ongoing basis.
  • Liaising with Team Leaders, Partners and other internal staff in relation to HR matters.
  • Training and mentoring new staff

Experience \ Qualifications

  • CIPD Qualified
  • 5 Years’ experience at HR Manager Level
  • Experience within a corporate environment
  • Broad HR experience as opposed to experience focused in just one area
  • A proven ability to manage people.
