Our Client is  based North County Dublin and have a vacancy for a HR Administrator with German Fluency.

Salary :  to 35k

The HR Administrator will play a key role in delivering a best class service to internal stakeholders as well as building enduring relationships with all key stakeholders that drives performance.

They will be a person who is comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment, passionate about providing the best possible service to their people as well as proactively working for continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

The HR Administrator for DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) provides direct employee and managerial support from a platform of centralized administration support through the complete employee life-cycle, as well as legislative compliance and regulations management, statutory reporting and HR systems support.

The role interacts with employees and managers in the region as well as local HR teams and other teams in the Shared Services Function.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent operational HR support to all staff in the DACH Stores
  • Providing ‘best practice’ HR advice, guidance and administrative support and the provision of enhanced customer service
  • Advising managers and employees on HR policies and processes
  • Processing the entire life-cycle of the employee, such as preparing contracts for new joiners, addendum to contracts and processing all leavers.
  • Maintaining of the HR Database – Keeping all HR systems and personnel files up to date for all employees.
  • Liaison with payroll – Ensuring all information on the HR systems for starters and leavers are up to date and complete.
  • Produce relevant HR reports and statistics as required by various stakeholders such as HR Director, Field Managers and HRBP.
  • Update HR policies and procedures as required.
  • Ensuring SLA’s are delivered timely and accurately.
  • Proactively working for continuous improvement of processes.

The Candidate:

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Higher education in HR or equivalent proven work experience.
  • Proven knowledge of HR processes and policies, characteristic for the countries served – DACH
  • Strong problem solving, decision making and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to form strong customer relationships, an understanding of customer focus and service delivery.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a Shared Service Center necessary.
  • MS Office proficiency, MS Excel in particular.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Fluent written and verbal German and English essential
