Graduate Recruitment Manager

Our client, a large professional services firm in Dublin City requires a Graduate Recruitment Manager to join them in competing for the best qualified graduates to help the business grow.

In a competitive market, the successful candidate will plan, organise and execute strategies in order to ensure a successful graduate intake. The role will involve oversight of campus events, fostering effective links with universities, utilising social media, and operating an efficient recruitment process. Candidates should have 5+ years experience in recruitment, with at least 18 months experience at Team Lead \ Manager level. In house recruitment experience is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Development and delivery of an effective and innovative recruitment and campus strategy, focusing on early engagement, diversity and inclusion, and strategic branding
  • Development of lasting relationships with university faculties, student societies and other campus organisations
  • Planning and execution of campus events and student programmes, student competitions
  • Development of existing marketing and social media campaigns and messaging
  • Managing the promotion of open roles, programmes and events through university careers sites, careers services and student groups
  • Management of graduate website, marketing collateral and promotional merchandise
  • Management of student society and other sponsorships
  • Recruitment and management of student Brand Ambassadors
  • Partner with internal University Action Teams to support delivery of objectives, ensure awareness of all recruitment and marketing initiatives and opportunities for campus engagement
  • Implementation and maintenance of a CRM to capture student data and manage student communication
  • Manage end to end recruitment across all graduate programmes
  • Ensure a consistent and inclusive hiring process and excellent candidate experience
  • Consistent communication, reporting and feedback with internal business partners to ensure collaborative recruitment decisions, in line with broader firm strategy, culture and values
  • Reporting, analysis and impact assessment of all recruitment processes and campus activity
Skills and attributes
  • Qualified to Degree level in HR or equivalent required
  • 5+ years’ recruitment experience.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills with strong ability to build rapport
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with ability to manage a process from end-to-end
