Our client, a Top Tier law firm, based in Dublin 2 is hiring a Graduate Recruitment and L&D Administrator to join their team! This role would suit someone looking to pursue a career in L&D.

Salary: €28-32k

The Role: 

  • Assisting with the coordination of logistical aspects of training courses and graduate recruitment events.
  • Writing job specs for graduate roles.
  • Screening and Assessing applications.
  • Supporting the firm induction process.
  • Maintaining the training database and producing training reports as requested.
  • Updating and maintaining employee files.
  • Managing employee CPD records.
  • Providing general administrative support for the Learning and Development team.

The Candidate

  • Attention detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and reporting functions.
  • Self-starter who can work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and willing to support multiple functions, business units and competing demands.
  • Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • 1-2 years experience in administration or a professional services firm is a big plus.
