Link Personnel are currently hiring a Freight Operations Executive for our Client, a  large Logistics and Transport Firm based in North County Dublin.  This is a Permanent Vacancy, specialising in Ocean Freight.

Salary : to 30K

Immediate Start

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties will include:

• LCL/FCL Import and Export shipments from booking to delivery
• Arranging transport where required
• Tracking, Tracing and updating shipments on Company systems
• Arranging advice of arrivals and release on import shipments
• Arranging customs clearance Entries on the import and export shipments to include SAD’s, EUR1S, T2L’S and other related documents.
• Handling Documentation and issuance of bills of lading
• Invoicing customers
• Accruing costs from suppliers
• Overseeing any queries with Revenue, clients or internally within the company
• Arranging reports where required and meeting KPI targets.

Key skills required:

• Min 1-2 years’ experience within Air & Ocean environment
• Knowledge of Customs Procedures
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Planning and organising
• Proficient in all Microsoft Packages

Due to their location, candidates will require their own transport.
