Link Personnel are now recruiting a Finance Manager in North Dublin!

Our Client in North Dublin has a role open for a Finance Manager. The successful candidate will ensure the quality of the local financial reports and their consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produces accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
• Conducts reviews and results of the cost reduction plan implemented by the site manager.
• Provides local financial information to the Corporate level.
• Analyzes changes/deviations in accounts, if necessary takes appropriate actions to adjust findings.
• Reconciles balances accounts (accruals, provisions) and documentation.
• Prepares budget and forecasts.
• Resolves accounting issues.
• Ensures the ERP complied with the local legal requirements.
• Ensures the finance processes comply with the Customer contract(s) and its amendments.

Account Closings:

• Holding of the general and analytical ledger and fixed assets accounts.
• Month/hard-closed and internal/customer reports.
• Financial statements.
• Fiscal obligations (tax return, corporate tax, local package, and all other declaration required by local law).
• Relationship with external auditors and fiscal/legal consultant.

Administration :

• Relationship with Customer Purchase/Finance departments (debt collection, dunning process).
• Vendor accounts management (litigation resolution, payments…), administrative purposes.
• Monitoring of the cash flow and forecast managements.
• Local insurance management.
• Bank database management.
• ERP database management.
• Car fleet management (if applicable).
• ERP local referent between the IT Central support and the local ERP users.

Internal control :

• Ensures the respect of administrative and financial procedures following the;
  • VE/VEIS accounting principles.
  • SOX and SSAE 16 compliances.

Leadership:

• Supervises local accountant if applicable.
• Encourages and supports collaboration across local and external departments.
• Has a clear understanding of the directions of change and willingly embraces the adjustments necessary to respond.
• Shows creativity and courage in exploring new approaches and manages risk.

• Very good English skills, spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of ERP.

• Technical, numeric and analytical skills.

• Time management.
• Confident and able to liaise with management across international sites.

Qualifications:

• Accounting/Controlling graduated.
• Experience in a Group (headquarters and subsidiaries) environment.

Salary for this role is to €60k (+ €3k OTE) + Benefits.
