Our Client, a Large International Firm based in Dublin 2 requires a Facilities Administrator to join their team. This role will provide administration support within the Facilities Department.

Salary: €30-35K

Duties:

  • To manage all requests are logged and completed at the Facilities Helpdesk.
  • To undertake daily/weekly building inspections, ensuring it is maintained to a high standard and taking action where required.
  • To provide assistance in recording sustainability data.
  • To provide ad hoc cover for Reception if required.
  • To assist with space planning, coordinating desk moves and maintaining up to date seating plans.
  • To maintain a Facilities Contract Register to the highest standard relating to all contracts with third party supplies of facilities services.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a good understanding of Facilities Management and at least 2 years’ experience in the role of Facilities.
  • Very flexible and you have the ability to work in an ever changing environment.
  • Has strong IT skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage conflicting needs of the business.
