Customer Service Administrator

Our client, an established Irish business located in North Dublin, is on the lookout for a Customer Service Administrator for a 12 month contract with a view to permanency.

Salary: to €32k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing daily sales orders and addressing client queries.
  • Ensure order fulfilment and coordinate back orders if required.
  • Addressing new enquiries and generating subsequent quotations.
  • Account management of existing client base.
  • Monitor product categories and review performance.
  • Support external sales team to help generate leads, appointments and sales.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Works well as part of a growing sales team.
  • Proficient communicator with professional and friendly phone manner.
  • Positive approach to decision making and new ideas.
  • Well organised in work preparation and reporting.
  • A desire to learn about the products and services and client requirements.
  • Works efficiently and will use own initiative to produce positive results.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Leaving Certificate minimum.
  • Experience in stationary supplies or similar industry beneficial but not a necessity.
