A Top Professional Services Firm in Dublin 2 currently have a vacancy for an experienced Corporate Receptionist.  The successful candidate will have previous experience within a Corporate Environment.

Salary :  to €40K depending on experience

Hours:  37.5 hours per week (Rota system between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday)

The Role:

  • Meet and Greet Corporate Clients and Visitors to the firm
  • Manage a Busy Switchboard
  • Manage booking system for  Client Meeting Rooms and Boardrooms including set up of rooms.
  • Liaise with facilities and catering in relation to any requirements.
  • Order taxi’s and couriers and record details.
  • Answer queries, both internally and externally.

The Candidate:

  • Professional Presentation and manner  acting as Ambassador for the firm.
  • Previous experience within a Corporate environment is essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload in a calm and professional manner.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
