Corporate Receptionist

Our client is a large corporate firm in Dublin 2 and they are currently looking for a Front of House Receptionist. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a similar role in a professional services environment. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract,

Salary: to €33k

Working Hours: 12 – 7pm 

Key duties:

  • First point of contact for all visitors.
  • Answering telephones and working on a switch board.
  • All administration duties involved in the running of a busy reception area (client car parking, faxes, post, couriers, …)
  • Booking of meeting rooms
  • Liaising with other support departments where required.
  • Active member of the Health & Safety team
  • Manage hospitality events

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ experience working as a corporate receptionist or within a customer service role in a professional
  • Confident dealing with clients & executives at all levels.
  • Relevant experience of a busy front of house reception area.
  • Exceptional professional etiquette and personal grooming.
  • Excellent telephone manner & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and matters.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Open to flexible working hours.

Desirable

  • Experience in a legal environment.
