Our Client, a Large Professional Services firm, requires an addition to their growing bids team. Working closely with the Bids Executive, the role will involve assisting in the production of pitch and tender documents and the co-ordination of the general bids function for a broad range of legal practice areas.

The successful candidate will work with a wide variety of individuals across the firm including other members of the Business Development team, partners and associates. They will be centrally involved in the creation and development of individual bids and tenders; in the co-ordination, organisation and maintenance of large quantities of information databases; and in the co-ordination of various projects.

Salary for the role is negotiable.

Specific responsibilities will include

  • Identifying and tracking tender opportunities
  • Preparing initial drafts of pitches and tenders
  • Co-ordinating  the production and submission of final documentation
  • Responsibility for accurate maintenance of the tenders database

Skills and Experience

  • Interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Project management and organisational ability
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
  • Efficient time management skills and ability to anticipate workload and plan ahead
  • High proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office packages
