Banking Legal Secretary – Dublin

Link Personnel are currently seeking a banking legal secretary for a Top Dublin City Centre Law firm. Experience as a legal secretary in Financial Services/Banking  Department or as a secretary in a similar area is a must. Salary to €38k + Benefits.

Profile

We are looking for a legal secretary with a strong background in Financial Services/Banking in Dublin. Big firm experience is not a must. A proven track record of working well to deadlines and adapting to changing situations is an ideal profile. Strong administrative (Typing \ MS Office skills) are key to the role.  Experience working on long documents with multiple amendments is an advantage.

Further Experience \ Skills 

• 3 years+ experience as a legal secretary.
• Experience as a Banking legal secretary a plus.
• WPM 65+.
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong PA \ Diary Management Skills.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• An ability to support 2-3 fee earners and prioritise workloads effectively.
• An ability to work well under pressure, and to tight deadlines.
