Link Personnel are now looking for an AML Specialist!

Our Client, an international Law Firm in Dublin 2, is currently looking for an AML Specialist to join their Risk and Partnership Affairs team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be managing AML requirements across the firm and has previous AML experience ideally gained in Financial / Professional Services (2-3+ years).

Our Client offers a salary of €45k-50k and  an excellent Benefit package for this permanent position.

Key duties:

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory developments in AML.
• Updating policy and procedures where applicable.
• Reviewing AML documentation for new clients.
• Maintaining internal databases and researching public registers.
• Conducting on-going AML reviews on all client files and ensuring compliance in the maintenance of AML records.
• Providing detailed reporting on AML issues.
• Maintaining various compliance registers.
• Actively participating in compliance projects.

The candidate:

• Is currently working in AML ideally in Financial/Professional Services.
• Has 2-3 years relevant experience.
• Takes a structured and process driven approach.
• Has excellent systems skills.
• Knowledge of 3E is an advantage.
• Is comfortable with databases and has good project management and reporting skills.
• Has a commercial mind-set and the credibility to deal with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Has a keen eye for detail and excellent analytical skills.
