Link Personnel are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant!

Our Client, a large firm in Dublin 2, requires an Administrative Assistant for their busy team. The successful candidate will have at least 2 -3 years previous administration experience in a large firm, preferably gained in Professional Services / Financial Services. This is a permanent role, starting in December.

Salary for this role is to €33k, depending on experience.

Key duties:

  • Managing to-do lists, diaries, deadlines.
  • Organising travel arrangements.
  • Managing emails and responding to queries.
  • Creating and Maintaining databases.
  • Mail-shots.
  • Preparing specification sheets and presentations.
  • Telephone and written correspondence with clients and suppliers.
  • Developing and implementing administration systems.
  • Keeping systematic records.
  • Sales administration and reports.
  • Assisting with re-design of website.
  • Updating website.

Successful Candidates should:

  • Have 2-3 years previous administration experience.
  • Have experience in managing diaries and travel itineraries.
  • Have excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to develop with the role and take on extra responsibility as required.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and good attention to detail.
