Our Client, a well established Law firm requires an Asset Management & Investment Funds Solicitor for a permanent role starting ASAP.

Salary: €90k.

The Role:

Our Client is looking for experienced qualified Solicitors to join it’s Asset Management & Investment Funds team.

The role will include advising clients on a wide variety of regulatory funds issues, with a particular focus on the establishment, operation and regulation of all types of UCITS and non-UCITS collective investment schemes.  They also advise fund service providers including administrators and custodians as well as promoters and investment managers.

Team expertise covers all aspects of the Investment Funds industry including:

• The establishment and operation of private and related alternative investment funds – Hedge, Real Estate, Private Equity, Closed-End, Qualifying Investor etc. (dependent upon jurisdiction)
• The establishment of UCITS and ETFs
• UCITS and AIF cross border registrations
• The regulation of funds and financial services companies such as investment managers, advisers and broker-dealers (local and international, including U.S.)
• Derivatives
• Structured asset management products
• Related finance areas

Skills and Experience:

Ideally 3+ years PQE experience.

Candidates that would be particularly attractive would have previously had experience working in a leading Irish (or UK) law firm in both the financial regulation and funds departments.
