Our Client, a leading law firm based in Dublin City is looking for a Solicitor with 3-5 Years’ PQE to join its debt recovery team.
Salary: to €90k
Location: South Dublin
The successful candidate will have good experience handling complex debt litigation claims and will be responsible for handling their own caseload of defended, complex litigation matters. You will act as a technical point of contact for complex cases.
Working with customers, legal representatives and third parties at all stages of the litigation process the successful candidate will handle their own caseload of claims with the aim of achieving suitable outcomes through negotiation and where necessary enforcement. The cases will range from complex to small claims.
